Chairside to Graduation ("we," "us," or "our") provides operational planning tools for dental students. This Privacy Policy explains the information Chairside to Graduation handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Account and profile information. We collect information used to create and personalize your account, such as your email address, username, preferred or display name, dental school, program, class year, and graduation date.
Chairside to Graduation workspace information. You may save graduation requirements, progress, de-identified case details, case stages and blockers, backup coverage, lab and competency information, clinic-capacity and scheduling estimates, procedure estimates, weekly tasks, notes, and other planning information.
Case Board information. If you participate in the Case Board, we process the de-identified opportunity information, display identity, messages, requests, status updates, and reports you intentionally submit to your school community.
Requirement-sheet processing. Requirement-sheet OCR and file processing run locally in your browser. Chairside to Graduation does not store the uploaded source PDF or image through this feature. Information you choose to save from the processed results becomes part of your Chairside to Graduation workspace.
Billing information. Stripe processes Pro subscription and Grad Pass checkout, payment methods, invoices, and billing. Chairside to Graduation may receive limited subscription and transaction information, such as a Stripe customer, subscription, or checkout identifier; plan or access type; billing period; payment status; and Grad Pass access expiration. Chairside to Graduation does not receive or store your complete card number.
Communications and technical information. We process messages you send through the contact form and transactional account-email activity. We and our service providers may also process standard technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, timestamps, browser or device information, IP address, and security events.
Chairside to Graduation is not a clinical record or patient-management system. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, chart numbers, school patient IDs, contact information, addresses, radiographs, clinical photographs, medical histories, or any other patient-identifying information. Case IDs and Case Board posts must remain de-identified. Automated warnings may help identify obvious risks, but they cannot guarantee that identifying information will be detected.
We use information to create and maintain accounts, save and synchronize workspaces, calculate planning and graduation-risk insights, personalize weekly recommendations, operate school-specific Case Board communities, provide Pro features, process subscriptions and Grad Pass purchases, deliver transactional messages, answer support requests, prevent misuse, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and improve Chairside to Graduation.
Chairside to Graduation uses service providers that process information on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Stripe for payments and billing, Resend and related email infrastructure for transactional account messages, and Vercel for website hosting and delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Chairside to Graduation does not sell personal information. We do not make private workspace information visible to other students. Case Board users see only the community information intentionally posted under the selected display identity.
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service. When you delete your account, Chairside to Graduation removes the associated workspace and user-owned records from its active systems, subject to limited retention needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or system backups.
Deleting your Chairside to Graduation account does not require Stripe to erase transaction records that Stripe or Chairside to Graduation must retain for billing, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal purposes. These limited records are not used to restore your deleted workspace.
You can update profile, school, community, notification, capacity, and security information through Settings. You may manage or cancel an eligible monthly Pro subscription through Plan & Billing. Grad Pass is a one-time purchase and has no recurring Grad Pass charge to cancel. You may permanently delete your Chairside to Graduation account through Settings > Security. For other privacy or account questions, use the Chairside to Graduation contact form.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Chairside to Graduation information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining a strong password and protecting access to your account.
Chairside to Graduation is intended for dental students and other adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Chairside to Graduation changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when an update materially affects your rights or how information is used.
Questions about this policy or your information can be submitted through the Chairside to Graduation contact form.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chairside to Graduation. By creating an account or using Chairside to Graduation, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify Chairside to Graduation of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and may not share, sell, or transfer account access.
Chairside to Graduation may offer Free features, monthly Pro, and a one-time Grad Pass. The current standard monthly Pro offer is a 14-day trial that requires a valid payment method, followed by a $10 monthly subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. The exact trial end date and first billing date are displayed during checkout. Stripe processes payment methods, subscription charges, one-time Grad Pass charges, invoices, and eligible cancellations.
Grad Pass is a one-time purchase that provides Chairside to Graduation Pro access through the graduation date saved and used at checkout, plus 30 days. It does not renew monthly and is not lifetime access. Current standard Grad Pass pricing is $79 when the saved graduation date is within 12 months and $129 when it is 13–24 months away, before any eligible promotional or referral pricing shown at checkout. Grad Pass is available only when the saved graduation date is within 24 months, and the graduation date used to determine the access period is locked at purchase.
You may manage or cancel an eligible monthly Pro subscription through Chairside to Graduation's Plan & Billing controls. Cancellation terms shown by Stripe at the time of cancellation apply. Grad Pass is a completed one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription. Deleting a Chairside to Graduation account will not be completed while an active or trialing monthly subscription would remain billable. Chairside to Graduation will attempt to cancel the subscription first or require you to cancel it before account deletion.
Chairside to Graduation may separately grant complimentary, testing, promotional, or ambassador Pro access. This access is not a paid Stripe subscription, may have separate written terms, and may be modified or revoked without creating a refund obligation.
Chairside to Graduation is an operational dental-school clinic-planning and organization tool. It is not a clinical record, electronic health record, diagnostic system, treatment-planning or treatment-recommendation system, faculty substitute, graduation guarantee, licensure authority, or source of official school requirements.
You must verify clinical decisions, competencies, deadlines, graduation requirements, patient eligibility, and official policies with your school, clinic, faculty, and applicable licensing authorities. Chairside to Graduation forecasts and recommendations depend on the information you provide and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
You may not submit protected health information or patient-identifying information to Chairside to Graduation, including names, dates of birth, medical-record or chart numbers, school patient IDs, contact details, addresses, radiographs, clinical photographs, medical histories, or information that could reasonably identify a patient.
Case Board listings and requests must use de-identified, general requirement information only. Chairside to Graduation facilitates connections between students but does not approve, guarantee, screen, or execute patient transfers. Any actual transfer must occur through the school's approved clinical systems and faculty process.
You may not use Chairside to Graduation to violate law or school policy, invade another person's privacy, misrepresent your identity or school status, harass others, post inappropriate or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or resell the service, evade plan limits, abuse trials, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Chairside to Graduation may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms.
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Chairside to Graduation a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and remain responsible for its accuracy, legality, and compliance with school and privacy requirements.
Chairside to Graduation, its branding, software, interface, content, planning logic, and related materials are owned by Chairside to Graduation or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Chairside to Graduation. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively, with reasonable notice when required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chairside to Graduation is provided "as is" and "as available." Chairside to Graduation disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. Chairside to Graduation does not warrant that use of the service will cause a user to graduate, complete a requirement, obtain a patient or case, pass a competency, or receive licensure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chairside to Graduation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, academic progress, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Chairside to Graduation's total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Chairside to Graduation during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using Chairside to Graduation at any time. You may delete your account through Settings > Security, subject to safe handling of any active Stripe subscription. Deletion permanently removes your Chairside to Graduation workspace and cannot be undone. Stripe and Chairside to Graduation may retain limited transaction records required for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.
Chairside to Graduation may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, unlawful activity, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
